 New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Central Coast, NSW Australia warehouse via Australia Post, with tracking available. We aim to dispatch the orders on the same/next business day. 

We have two shipping rates available:  

Standard Aus Post: $8.00+AUD 
Express Aus Post: $20.00+AUD

United States & Canada (Aus Post): $22+AUD
United Kingdom & Europe (Aus Post): $27+AUD
Asia Pacific (Aus Post): $19+AUD

These payments are the responsibility of the customer and bird & hill will not be held responsible for these.

If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product - you will not be refunded the shipping fee.
